The water bottle in your room is free of charge.
The water from the tap is drinking water. Hot drinks are free from 06:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. You can buy hot drinks at our coffee machine after 11:00 a.m. Cold drinks are available from the snack vending machine downstairs.

In each room there is a plan of escape routes in case of fire. Please take a good look at the escape routes. In case of fire never use the elevators.

We are happy to help you with appointments such as doctor, massage, pedicure, manicure, cosmetics, tennis, bowling, golf, mini golf, bus rides, theater, wine tasting, etc.

Please always take the key card with you. This gives you access to all exterior doors and to your room. For safety reasons, we ask you to make sure that your room door is always closed.

The parking spots next to our house, as well as in Paulinenstr. 9 (about 170m) and Marienstr. 5 (about 70m) are available free of charge.

The nearest pharmacy is located in the Schönbeinstraße 10. From the main entrance left, then the next street left, direction train station. After about 600m turn left into the Schönbeinstr. The pharmacy is on the left side. At the reception you can get information about the pharmacy night service.

Our reception is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you would like to leave in the morning before 6 a.m., we ask you to pay your bill the day before.

Every room has a modern SAT converter system as well as a TV set. Our system can receive several hundred programs. It is possible that you find TV programs on a different channel than at home. We kindly ask you not to change the TV settings. All available stations are programmed.
